Which ones only look automatable until you see the exceptions? We map the process as it actually runs, not as the procedures manual describes it.
Every candidate on the shortlist is sized in hours returned per month, costed to build, and rated for risk: data sensitivity, integration effort, and what happens when the system is wrong. You get the reasoning, not just the ranking, so your team can defend the decision internally.
The audit ends with a roadmap you own outright. Many clients take it forward with us into a pilot. Some take it to their own IT team or another supplier. Either is fine — the point is that the next pound you spend on AI is spent on something that will hold.
