A typical engagement

Four phases, each ending with something you keep

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Map

We sit with the teams doing the work, follow the process end to end, and come back with a shortlist of what's worth building.

  2. Weeks 3–6

    Prove

One idea, built for real against your data, with a success measure agreed in advance. If it misses, we say so and stop.

  3. Weeks 7–12

    Embed

Into production and into the working day: integrations, permissions, sign-off steps, monitoring, and training for the people using it.

  4. Then it's yours

    Hand over

Source code, documentation and a named owner inside your organisation. Support afterwards is optional, never a dependency.

What to expect on both sides

Fixed pricing

Scope, cost and success measure agreed in writing. No open-ended day rates, no scope drift billed back to you.

Delivery cadence

You'll see real output on a real cadence, not a status update. Progress is visible or it isn't progress.

What we need from you

A few hours with the team who do the work, and one decision-maker who can unblock things.

Measured after go-live

We'll estimate time saved rather than promise transformation, and we'll measure it after go-live so you know what you actually bought.

Got a process that's costing you hours?

Tell us about it. The first call is free, and we'll say plainly whether it's worth automating — and whether we're the right people to do it.
